Classrooms will be open on Thursday, 23 March from 5.00pm to 6.30pm. This is to give parents an opportunity to see their child’s learning environment and to view work they have completed so far this year. Classroom teachers will be present and you will be able to schedule a future meeting date and time with them, should you wish.
There will be an opportunity to come together as a school community at the end of year Night of Celebration. However, it will not have the open classrooms aspect. It has been thought more beneficial to have the open classrooms earlier in the year for parents to gauge the progress of their children. There will be an opportunity to look at student’s books as well as work displayed around the room. The Music and Art rooms are open on the night and all specialist teachers will be available.
Students from Year 6 will be selling icy poles on the night to raise funds for their end of year activities.
