Last Friday 24 March, four students from Curtin University talked to us about our backs and how important it is to take care of them. They taught us that exercise is good for your back and that you shouldn’t sit down for long periods of time. This can lead to chronic back pain. They also told us that it is OK to carry school bags that are not too heavy and that we should have correct posture if we want to avoid chronic back pain.
