Enrolment
A Parent/Guardian applying to enrol a child at North Perth Primary School in either Kindergarten, Pre-Primary or in Years 1 – 7 should complete an Application for Enrolment Form, available at the school office.
Application for enrolment can only be made at ONE Government School. For photocopying, you are required to bring your child’s:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Immunisation Records
- Proof of your usual place of residence, e.g. a current electrical, water or telephone account showing your name and residential address.
- Visa/Passport details (if applicable)
North Perth Primary School is a local intake school only. Children in Year 1 – 7 must reside within our intake area (click here for Local Intake Map). In Kindergarten and Pre-Primary, if the number of applications from eligible children exceeds the number of places available at our school, places will be offered in the following priority order:
- Children living in the intake area of the school and who will have a sibling at the school.
- Children who live in the intake area of the school but will have no sibling at the school.
- Children who live outside the intake area of the school and who will have a sibling already enrolled at the school.
- Children who live outside the intake area of the school and who will not have a sibling enrolled at the school.
This is an Application for Enrolment only – submitting this form to the school does not mean that the enrolment has been accepted.
You will be notified by the Principal about the outcome of your application at the earliest possible opportunity if your application cannot be accepted. In the majority of cases, parents will be advised within two working days.
